Masung Group Shenzhen Company successfully held - Masung Group Strategic Development Shenzhen Conference on 12 September 2024 in the beautiful Shenzhen Dapeng East Imperial City Hotel. The meeting aimed to deeply analyse the internal status quo of Masung, clarify the future development direction, and formulate practical coping strategies to adapt to the ever-changing market environment. The meeting was opened after the opening speech of Ms Li Xiaoyu from the General Manager Office, and Mr Chen Bin, the chairman of the board of directors, delivered an important speech.


1. Analysis of global and domestic economic situation

At the beginning of the meeting, Chairman Chen used the PEST model to analyse the global situation in 2024 as well as the domestic environmental conditions. He said: Currently, the global economy is facing complex and changing challenges. Due to geopolitical factors and inflationary pressure, the international trade environment is becoming increasingly tense, and the economic growth of many countries has slowed down. At the same time, the domestic economy is becoming increasingly severe involution, by the real estate market adjustment, employment pressure and external demand and export weakness brought about by the risk. Overall, we at Masonry need to stay sharp in the global and domestic markets to cope with the changing economic situation.

2.Second, the analysis of the internal status of Masung

After a year of efforts, Masung in all aspects of the problem still exists a lot of problems, there is a lack of passion of individual employees, research and development of a wide range of product categories resulting in a long research and development cycle, the cost of corporate customer acquisition is getting higher and higher, etc., we have to face up to their own problems to maintain a positive mindset to face and to form a set of effective and feasible initiatives to solve the problem. 1.Shenzhen R & D department:

3. Sales department:

4. Product support department:

the most changed department in this year, through the performance appraisal mechanism, to improve the follow-up service and timeliness, to do a good job in customer management and prototype management, and to do a good job in product differentiation and product analysis. 5. Finance department:

do a good job of financial risk assessment, at the same time, do a good job of internal control and auditing, and strengthen the financial management of the Group's subsidiaries. Human Resources Department: Focus on staff training and career development to enhance the overall quality of the team while taking the Group's reception business to the next level.
