MS-MA90 is an embedded printer independently developed by Masung and widely used in various industries. As an embedded printer, MS-MA90 adopts a panel design.     The MS-MA90 has two color options, with a wide range of applications in black and white. The upper functional area integrates buttons and indicator lights, making it easier to understand the operation of the MS-MA90. The functions above are the paper feed button and the power button, with power indicator lights and error indicator lights. There is a quick cover opening wrench next to the functional area, which can be quickly opened and replaced by pulling down the cover opening wrench. You can also choose a more complete and secure key opening function, which can be directly opened through the motor.

    The MS-MA90 has been tested in the market for its high adaptability and can easily be embedded into various self-service devices. In terms of printing paper width, the MS-MA90 has two types of printing paper widths to choose from, which can be 80mm or 58mm wide paper rolls for printing. The effective printing speed can reach up to 72mm, and the maximum printing speed is 150mm/s, which is sufficient to meet the needs of most application scenarios. In terms of paper cutting, the MS-MA90 also has two paper cutting methods, namely half cut paper and full cut paper, which can be freely selected. Half cut paper is not completely cut when cutting the paper with a knife after printing, and needs to be torn off by hand. It is generally suitable for scenarios where customers do not necessarily need receipts, while full cut paper is completely cut., suitable for scenarios where customers must require receipts.

1. The cover opening sensor can be used to detect whether the printer is in an open state, which can prevent forgetting to close the printer or the printer cover not being closed.


2. The paper exhaustion sensor can detect the storage capacity of paper and provide a prompt when the paper roll is about to run out, so as to prepare the paper roll in advance and avoid printing gap time caused by paper shortage.


3. The paper shortage sensor can issue a warning when there is no paper, reminding staff to replace the paper roll.


4. Black label paper sensor can detect printing paper rolls with black labels, allowing the printer to adjust the printing length according to the black label during printing.

    The MS-MA90 has undergone environmental temperature testing during production, with an operating temperature of -10~50 ℃, which can easily meet daily printing needs. The maximum diameter of the paper roll that can be loaded is 80mm, and it can be used for a long time without changing paper. If multiple paper changes are needed, the unique embedded panel design allows the MS-MA90 to directly open the cover and change paper through a panel wrench and key without disassembling the self-service equipment, making it easy to pack and change paper.

    The MS-MA90 interface type not only comes with universal USB and serial interfaces, but also comes with a cash box interface required for checkout, making it more applicable. The dimensions are 115mm in length, 85mm in width, and 132mm in height, with a weight of approximately 0.45kg. When embedded in self-service devices, it does not require much space, and its lightweight design also means there is no need for additional support structures.
